How much is registration for WCPPC?

A $25 referral discount is available when a repeat attendee invites a new attendee. The first-time registrant must mention who referred them at the time of registration.

What is included in the registration fee?
Lodging, meals, snacks, and recreational activities at the Mount Hermon Conference Center, along with excellent teaching and peer group time. Transportation is not included.
Can My spouse or children attend with me?
Spouses are welcome to register and attend as well. In fact, several usually do. There is no programming or childcare available for children.
Which airports are closest to Mt. Hermon Conference Center?
Most folks fly into either the San Jose (SJC) or San Francisco (SFO) airports.
What are the transportation and parking options?
Each attendee is responsible for their own transportation, and parking is available on-site. Carpool options may be available by request.
Can you accommodate special dietary needs?
Please specify any special dietary needs on your registration form and the Conference Center will do their best to accommodate. All allergens are listed for each meal.
Is there a dress code?
Nope! We’re pretty casual, so come enjoy the redwoods in clothing that is comfortable to you. The weather is typically mild, but temperatures can drop in the evenings.
What amenities are included at Mount Hermon Conference Center?
The conference center has simple rooms with an ensuite bathroom, vanity, closet, dresser, and outlets. Wifi is included.
Accessory items such as hair dryers, refrigerators, and coffee pots are not available. For more information check out the Mount Hermon website here.
Where can I get my morning coffee or tea?
The Central Lounge coffee shop will be open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings, 7am – 9am. Coffee is also served with breakfast and during refreshments after the morning session.
